All dolls and customized accessories are made to order, based on the options and preferences you select.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than confirmed manufacturing errors or severe damage that affects proper use.

Please review all options carefully before confirming your order.


2. Manufacturing Errors

If the product you receive has a significant incorrect feature compared to the confirmed options (such as wrong model, wrong color, or missing customization), we will:

  • Remake or repair the affected item
    or
  • Provide a suitable replacement or compensation

Photo evidence will be required to verify the issue.


3. Damage During Production or Severe Functional Damage

If a product arrives with serious damage that affects display or posing, we will provide:

  • Free repair
  • Replacement parts when applicable
  • Or a reasonable compensation plan

We will assess each case individually.


4. Minor Marks or Logistics-Related Issues

Because international shipping involves handling and long-distance transportation:

  • Minor dents, light marks, or small paint variations that do not affect normal display and usage are not eligible for returns or refunds.

However, we always want our customers to feel satisfied.
In such cases, we may provide partial compensation, discounts on future orders, or replacement accessories depending on the situation.


5. Order Cancellation

Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed:

  • Cancellation is not supported after production has started.
  • Before production, cancellation may be accepted, but fees may apply depending on custom work already performed.

6. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for support under this policy:

  2. Provide:

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Description of the problem
